Unmanifesting allows more LIGHT to enter your life.

There’s a wave that’s happening right now online. Everybody is on the bandwagon of manifestation.

It’s become a very recognizable and accepted way to live out your dream, attract a relationship, and more. I also believe in manifestation, but there’s an aspect of it that nobody talks about, which is unmanifesting.

People try to manifest their way out of things in their life that are causing them suffering. When it comes to unmanifesting, instead of trying to cover up our suffering by attracting other things into our life, we unmanifest what we’re suffering from..

What causes suffering?

Our minds cause suffering. The mind is what makes us suffer because the mind puts everything into time and form. In order to stop suffering, we need to unmanifest the feelings that we don’t like that we’ve put into form.

When we release these things we’ve put into form they reenter the unmanifested energy that which is Light, which is Love, which is the Universe. When the energy reenters that space, it can transform into something else and reenter our lives as something beautiful.

So many people have been putting all of their energy into manifesting, I’m simply asking that on top of that, you put a little energy into unmanifesting.

What can unmanifesting do for you?


Let me tell you a story…

I was stuck in a cycle of eating terribly. I would eat junk food for pleasure, and as a coping mechanism for my chronic illness. For years, I was trying to break this cycle. I read the great book “A Course In Weight Loss” by Marianne Williamson, and that’s when I realized that what I would have to do is unmanifest the thought patterns and belief systems I had that weren’t serving me anymore.

My relationship with food was unhealthy. I didn’t like food, I didn’t love food, and I had to unmanifest that.

How To Unmanifest

It’s rather simple actually. You unmanifest things with SILENT awareness.

Here’s how you do it. When you notice a thought pattern you have, a feeling, or a belief that is no longer serving you, simply be aware of it. Keep your attention on it without judging it.

Once you do that, you need to put your LIGHT into it. This is done by becoming aware of the energy field in your body. To find this what I want you to do is look at your hand. Can you feel the tingling that’s inside of your hand? Can you feel the movement inside of it? That’s your energy.

Now what I want you to do is try to spread that feeling through your whole body. Become used to feeling this energy inside of you.

Back to Silent Awareness.

When you notice that thought, feeling, or belief that you want to unmanifest become aware, don’t judge, and feel that energy in your body.

What happens when you do that is you introduce your LIGHT into the darkness and it dispels it.

If you implement this practice into your life, you will unmanifest the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs you have that no longer serve you.

When you empty yourself, you allow more Light to enter your life.
